Aug. 25 – Algonquinticity: An Open Discussion with Evan Pritchard, 6 - 9pm, Potluck at 6pm, Discussion begins at 7pm. Explore what makes Algonquin culture different from mainstream America, and perhaps different from other Native traditions as well, being mindful that all human beings and cultures have a place on the hoop of life. Aug. 26Water Blessing Ceremony, 2pm, at Beacon Landing, free parking at train station, followed by Native American themed Clearwater Sail, 4-7pm with discussions led by Evan Pritchard. Can bring food. Direction of sail to be determined by winds and tides.   For more info.
